What will be removed

After confirmation, we immediately block access and remove the data belonging to your account from the active 1Love system.

  • your 1Love account and profile
  • profile photos, matches and messages
  • location and verification data in the 1Love system
  • support requests and your Premium entitlement

Important to know

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. Manage it separately in the relevant app store. We retain individual records only for as long as legal obligations or legitimate security needs require; they remain restricted and are deleted afterwards.
