Fair decisions at 1Love

You can appeal a suspension.

If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, you can request a free review here even without an active app session. A person who was not involved in the original action makes the decision.

How we protect both sides

Review instead of instant reinstatement

Email confirmation protects your account. The reviewer then sees only the necessary action, the documented policy reason and your statement.

  1. Confirm email address
  2. Submit reason and statement
  3. Independent human review
  4. Receive a reasoned outcome

Important to know

An appeal does not automatically lift a suspension. If it is accepted and that exact action is still active, your account is reinstated. Previous sessions remain revoked for security and you sign in again. Further remedies will be explained in the later production result message.
